Note to self: don't eat Mexican before a swim

Thursday, Feb. 24th, the day after dinner with the coaches. Boy, do I have a horrible, belly ache...
But then again, Bertha wasn't feeling well yesterday.

I got through the workout, slowly and hardly put anything in my body during the day.
Hope tomorrow is better.
