I can only equate the feeling to: a reunion with an old friend.
I haven't felt this way for such a long time; yes, I've always enjoyed swimming, and have accepted myself as a bit touched 'in the head', because of the long periods that I swim.
I think my time off from the water, has renewed my soul.
Today's swim, short but sweet, just enough to the stiffness out of the muscles.
