It was a day I needed, I feel stronger and more flexible.
After a busy day at Crestfield Nursing and Rehab, I rushed over to the East Hartford Middle School to help coach and eventually swim with kids, I love doing starts.
Here's a fast workout, sprinting is good the get the heart racing.
