Hi everyone,
Apologies for all this social distance, I actually am working and trying to stay away from 'everyone'...
I MISS YOU ALL...
We have talked a lot about dry land, and after... I don't know how many takes... at-least 50, and 2 days of videoing, by myself, I have put a program together that I do every morning, with variations while I'm out of the water.
...and
don't laugh too hard, I really hate any videos of me 'outside' the water, BUT I DID it FOR you LEHY.
I could not make anymore changes, I'm just too tired, how does anyone sit at computer for hours..... and there are surprises at the end of each video.

The total exercise time is around 45 minutes, some yoga, some light weights, some abdominal and leg work and stretch.
There really is great stuff out, just find something you like.
