"CUTTING WATER" = ONE swim stroke. On June 30th, 1994, my life changed while cutting through the cool waters of the English Channel, a place that brings me peace. Swimming is such a wonderful, lifelong sport, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, no matter what level you may be. Dream, Prepare, Succeed. - Marcella MacDonald

LEHY drag makes it interesting
Only a few more big weeks before heading over to my favorite destination. My mind is battling the idea of that early season cold water, and that will be next weekends destination, the start to getting acclimated to the low 50 degree water.
This week was a mental challenge, not fantastically big numbers, but with the drag suit, it feels like I'm swimming through molasses... it will pay off when I'm in that salty channel water.
