Here's a long one, but it wasn't too bad, just bring out your OCD a bit and the counting goes by quite fast.
Only problem was, I kept looking at the clock, to get everything in before work, had to trim a 1000 off but pretty good.
W/U 2000 ...(1st 500; drill/back/easy swim....1500 swim)

8 x 250 (3:45)
7 x 500 (7:30)
6 x 250 (3:50)
5 x 300 (4:35)
Kick Back 150 = 11,100 yards
