Easy week, watching the muscles

Sometimes you just have to listen to the body and back off, I feel a tenderness in my lats, so tomorrow I will go real easy.

Monday was fun, I spoke with my pilot and friend, Mike Oram, it's so good to hear his wit.
My swim application is complete and I had to give Mike some payment information, yes, there is a lot money exchanged for these dreams to come true.
