Seven: Saturday Special

It's so hard to workout when you really want to be somewhere else, but I decided to throw some Butterfly in to the equation and it made me smile and appreciate the stroke. Fly really gets my heart racing, feels good.

Fulcrum: 700
Swim: 7 x 50 (:50) 2 strokes fly per 25
Hans Paddle: Reversed: 700 (**25 Catch up/ 100 free)
7 x 50 (3 strokes fly)
Tube: 700 (alternate breathing pattern per 50)
7 x 50 (4 strokes Fly)
Big Paddle: 700 **
7 x 50 (5 strokes fly)
Buoy: 700
7 x 50 (6 strokes fly)
Hans Paddle Regular: 700
50 fly drill
= 6,000 yards
