Happy Birthday to my young mersister, Julia Green. A wonderful # to base a workout around, coupled with the date, a fun easy swim for a February morning.
Being Feb. 12th, I based the swim around 2/12 and 17 in Julia's honor.
Warm-up: 1200... (Splash some drill, kick and easy back between free)
New paddles to try 150 drill (Catch up)
Swim 17 x 100 (2 on 1:30/ 3 on 1:35....)
Paddles: 150 drill
C/D 1200
=4400 Birthday yards
