Space Shuttle viewing

Janet and I was fortunate enough to be present in Long Beach at the same time the Space Shuttle 'Endeavor' made its final fly over and presence in the air over California before it will take its final resting site at the California Science Center.

We went up to Edwards Air Force Base yesterday (9/20/12) to watch from a FAR its landing, very exciting and HOT in the Mojave Desert, a very interesting ride on the crazy Freeways and then mostly on the secondary highways, less traffic and more sights to see. LOTS of FUN!!!!

Today, we are expecting to catch a sight of the Shuttle over our vacation spot by the Queen Mary in Long Beach.

Other excitement, waiting for our friend, Liz Fry to arrive shortly and join the Open Water Symposium/Induction weekend....

Dream, Prepare, Succeed
