2 different days

Yesterday, June 6th, I felt like I swim for ever.... Today just the opposite, any distraction and I' would have been out there in a heartbeat, but I got both over and feel good that they are done.

Right now, consistency and finding a comfortable pace is the most important aspect to the workout, NOT speed. The days are clicking away, soon it will be fly time and then Channel time.

    1. The poppies?

Dover Harbor looking out toward the channel proper. Red poppy's are present in late June... my favorite.

The other is just a water background.

      Have a super day John.
