Feel the Drag

Can I feel the extra drag, my knees and hips are suffering.
I'm only using it on sets with drill or on a slower interval.

Swim; 1000 (15 min)/ 800/ 600/ 400/ 200/ 1000

drag with toys
Buoy: 16 x 50 (:50)
Rev Pad: 8 x 100
Big Pad: 4 x 200
Hans Pad: 2 x 400
Tube: 800
= 8,000 yards
